Multi-Seeds Multi-Nutritious Powder

These seeds are very good source of iron, fibre, omega 3 fatty acid, antioxidants, calcium etc.

They help in weight reduction, prevent early ageing, skin problems, bone problems and also help in lowering the Bad cholesterol. Also help relieve menstrual cramps, heartburns, and any sort of acid reflux.

These seeds helps the diabetic patients to maintain the blood sugar levels even at night. Also makes the person feel satiated for longer.

Ingredients:                     

1/4th cup flaxseeds

1/4th cup black sesame

1/4th cup sesame

1/4th cup saunf

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp salt

Quantity: 1 cup/ 12 spoon

Method:

  1. Take a bowl and put all seed in it along with salt and lemon juice.
  2. Mix it well together and keep aside for 1 hour.
  3. Now take a pan and dry roast all ingredients for 3-4 mins.
  4. Let it cool for 15-20 min and then grind all in a grinder. Make it a powder form.
  5. Every night take a spoon of this powder with luke warm water before going to bed. You can even take this twice a day 20-30 mins after your meal.
