5 foods to be avoided during pregnancy

Eating outside food during pregnancy may sometimes lead to stomach infection.

4. CAFFEINE:Drinking too much caffeine during pregnancy is not recommended. Caffeine is mainly present in chocolates, cocoa, tea , coffee and soft drinks .

One to two cups of tea or coffee is advisable. More than that may lead to complications during pregnancy. Pregnant woman should limit caffeine toless than 200 mg per day.
