Ingredients: Serves-2
Green Grapes 450 gm
Mint Leaves 8-10
Black salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Ice cubes 5-6
Water 120ml
Method:
- Wash the grapes and mint thoroughly.
- Combine grapes & 5-6 mint leaves in a blender.
- Blend to form Puree.
- Strain puree through a sieve into a bowl, pressing hard on solids with the help of some spatula or spoon, add water little by little to extract out all juices and nutrients.
- In a serving glass, add ice cubes, remaining mints leaves, black salt & lemon juice. Pour in freshly extracted juice, stir well.
- Serve chilled & enjoy.
Notes:
It’s always advisable to have any fruit juice as soon as it’s made. Else freeze the juice and have later.
