Mango Banana Almond Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients: Serves-1 Nutritive Values
- Mango-150 gm
- Banana-150 gm
- Almond- 8-10 pieces
- Plain Yogurt- 150 ml
- Sugar- 1 teaspoon (to taste)
- Crushed ice- ½ a cup
Method:
- Blenderize Banana and Mango separately in a blender. Shred almonds.
- Now blend in the Yogurt and bring to a smooth paste. Add crushed ice and top it with shredded almonds.
- Serve cold or chilled with breakfast or as an in between meal.
