Instant Aam Panna
Highlights:
Aam panna is a refreshing mouth-watering drink for summers made with raw mango, fresh mint, sugar, black salt & roasted cumin powder.
There are many raw mango varieties available in the market throughout India during the summer season. Here I have selected “Totapuri” raw mango, which is not a very sour variety of raw mango & I have given it a twist by making panna with uncooked mango. Usually to reduce the sourness of raw mango, we must add more sugar to neutralize it but by using totapuri, we can easily reduce the quantity of sugar & make it more healthy, low calorie drink.
This drink will not only provide you instant energy but also heals your body from heat strokes & other side effects of quenching summers.
It helps in maintaining body temperature, keeps your body cool & hydrated.
