Chicken Balls

Ingredients: Serves 3 (12 balls of 30 gms each) Nutritive Values
- Chicken Breast- 250 gms
- Cabbage- 50 gms
- Carro t- 30 gms
- Capsicum- 20 gms
- Garlic- 6-8 cloves minced
- Salt/ Pepper to taste
- Oil-1 tsp
Method:
- Mince chicken, shred the cabbage, finely chop carrots and capsicum
- Sauté garlic in few drops of oil
- Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough
- Roll them into small balls and steam in a steamer for 10 minutes
Serve hot with mint or tomato chutney
