Chicken Balls

  • Can also be considered by people who wish to increase protein content in their diets especially to increase muscle mass as per serving fat is quiet low.

Ingredients: Serves 3 (12 balls of 30 gms each)                                                       Nutritive Values

  •  Chicken Breast- 250 gms
  • Cabbage- 50 gms
  • Carro t- 30 gms
  • Capsicum- 20 gms
  • Garlic- 6-8 cloves minced
  • Salt/ Pepper to taste
  • Oil-1 tsp

Method:

  1. Mince chicken, shred the cabbage, finely chop carrots and capsicum
  2. Sauté garlic in few drops of oil
  3. Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough
  4. Roll them into small balls and steam in a steamer for 10 minutes

                 

                  Serve hot with mint or tomato chutney
